Rut-
No problems with celiac. Just a teaspoon, water and down does the trick. Do you want some kind of shake? Egg white protein, coconut milk, coco and stevia are not bad for low-carb post wo shakes. Ditch the coconut milk and add berries for a carb protein combo. That's about as fancy as I get!

Jeremy-
You should have a shelf life of about a year. Creatine does oxidize...buy it in amounts you will use in about a month for best freshness.

Robb - any recommendations for coco? did you mean cacao? or cocoa? eitherway, I didn't think they were low carb. I'm confused.
