Default Everything over the last year has paid off

I just went for a 20min run after my kettlebell swings, and I have to share with the world how amazing it was. I finally ran gracefully and fast... and was completely PAIN FREE!

bye bye shin splints, apprehension and tightness
hello enjoyable movement

Man pain free movement after living with it for a period of time is a wonderful feeling. Congratulations on getting to this point.
