programmed the following WOD, which I believe was a main site WOD a few weeks prior.
For time:
Run 800 meters
15 left-legged pistols
15 right-legged pistols
25 sit-ups
12 left-legged pistols
12 right-legged pistols
25 sit-ups
9 right-legged pistols
9 left legged pistols
25 sit-ups
Run 800 meters
I can't do pistols, so I held onto a gymnastics ring for balance. I had some good legs left in the last 800, which was nice.

Tonight there was a lecture on Paleo/Zone eating as a new Lean Out Challenge out. I will be participating in an effort top drop some pounds and get faster.
