If you want the purging aspect of fiber without wrecking your fast, just take a heavy dose of magnesium citrate.

Would it then be a good idea to nix the whole protocol and just stick to IF so I don't ruin it with certain products? Maybe I could just use a combination of the fiber supp/milk thistle/ and laxative with meals?
