Havent been around for a while...but I am a woman and use canned fish!!

Last night dinner and todays leftover lunch was:
sauteed onions in a tad of olive oil in cast iron pan
shredded kale
1 can wild alaskan salmon
s&p

Tonight is:
sauteed onion in olive oil
shredded grilled chicken (made last week and popped in freezer)
steamed broccoli tossed in
a bit of thinned out miso
s& p

on the side sliced turnips and roasted pumpkin slices
