Default Warm up moves for knees?

Anybody got a program for warming up the knees? I'm looking for something along the lines of the Diesel Crew's shoulder series. My right knee gives me trouble and now the left is starting to ache as well. Please help.

You should be looking into joint mobility stuff for your feet/ankles and hips...those are the main things that negatively impact the knees.

See the rehab/prehab sticky thread.
