Got a New Multi Station Machine. I need help!!
I just had a workout machine given to me but I'm not sure what to do with it. It has multiple stations. Now of course, I know the "obvious" things to do with it but I want to make sure I'm getting the max potential out of it. I've scoured the internet for pictoral descriptions but can not find any. It happens to be a Weider Pro 9730. Does anyone have a "workout chart" or "poster" that gives pictoral description the different ways to use each station?
I would greatly appreciate it.
