Default Got a New Multi Station Machine. I need help!!

Hi everyone,

I just had a workout machine given to me but I'm not sure what to do with it. It has multiple stations. Now of course, I know the "obvious" things to do with it but I want to make sure I'm getting the max potential out of it. I've scoured the internet for pictoral descriptions but can not find any. It happens to be a Weider Pro 9730. Does anyone have a "workout chart" or "poster" that gives pictoral description the different ways to use each station?

I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you,

Brinx

I believe the correct answer here is: sell it and buy a barbell, squat stands and some iron and/or bumpers.

Brinx,

Yeah ah...You should maybe look around the PM for a while and then you will see why Derek said what he did. I agree with him, whole heartedly.

I am sure there other sites that could help you if you really wanted help with your multi station.

Oly and all the other fine things to do with barbells and KBs and such is what you will find here. Most likely anyone here will help with those items, but probably not your multistation conundrum.
