35 y/o/ male, 6'1" 200 lbs

In order of importance: Strength > Cardio/Metcon > LBM Gain

Input / advice appreciated.

Monday - 1/4/10

Warm-up:
HAM/HUG mobility dril from Mtn Athlete, then 2 rds:
25 x Halting DL
25 x OHS
25 x Good Morning
25 x Pass-throughs

All done with 4' dowel.

Back Squat:
45# x 10
135# x 5
185# x 5
225# x 3 x 5

Back Row
95# x 10
135# x 5 x 2
185# x 5 x 3

Bench Press:
95# x 10
135# x 5
185# x 5 x 3

Good Mornings:
95# x 10 x 2

Back Squat:
135# x 25

Light day today, weight-wise, will start linear progression from here.
