A better one being that doing a "workout" is traditionally seen as engaging in exercise that'll create some sort of positive adaptation - either better strength, speed, body composition, cardiovascular health, coordination, etc. From the looks of it, flailing around for two minutes doesn't do anything except give a very mild boost in the heart rate and metabolism, for a very short duration, making it hardly a "workout" at all. That's not even mentioning the inordinately large risk of injury...
