I created a quick blurb that I sent out to people close to me that were curious about starting Paleo. http://downanddirtypaleo.blogspot.com/2010/01/have-you-ever-eaten-paleo.html W/FS I hope this is useful. Any edits would be appreciated too. Again, this isnt meant to be an end solution. Just something you can send to friends to get them on board.
