i get a little lost poking around grip board sometimes. can you give a link to this heavy, volume, variety split? or just describe it?

is it just as simple as like:
heavy day: pr work and low reps
volume day: 8-12 rep sets
variety: ring water out of a turkish towel, bend nails, etc.
