Day 2, do I have to eat again
Wow its only day two and I already can't stand the idea of eating again.
I am seriously hoping that my stomach and the rest of my GI tract will adapt quickly so this becomes less painful.

Sounds like you are close to eating enough. If you grow to detest food and feel your mouth water like 2AM last call at The Bear in Chico...then, and only then will you be eating enough. You might look into some betaine HCL and digestive enzymes to help things a bit.
Buen Provecho!

This is exactly why I will never be big, because getting there is just isn't worth the trouble. Then when you do get there you still have to eat copious amounts of food just to maintain it. No thank you.

Well its day 4 and I went with the IF program today because I needed a break this morning. No food from the time I got up until 11:00. Since 11:00 I have eaten 3 times so now I am back to feeling bloated.
I am kind of worried as I tweaked my knee at BJJ last night and I think I am going to need to take a couple of days off to let it heal up. I am going to do tonights workout and see how it feels (push press). I did a little research and based on the pain location and how it happened I think I might have strained or sprained my PCL. I am going to nurse it and ice it over the weekend and if need be see my doctor on Monday.

As a natural "mass gainer," I just wanted to say, I hate you all.
Oh, Robb, The Bear wants you to settle up your tab.

I think that I am somewhere slightly below a natural mass gainer. If I don't watch what I eat I put on fat but when I try to put on muscle and fat it is more difficult.
Ron BTW my neighbor is Assistant Principal for a school in Sanford or Longwood and I live in Deland. If you ever want to meet for a workout there is a new cross fit affiliate opening in altamonte springs area which I am guessing is probably about half way between us.
It looks like the new affiliate is going to have a pretty sweet oly lift and strong man focus. I am going to try and make it out to their grand opening next weekend.

Derek,
I'd love to, but you've got the wrong Disney resort. I'm about 1.5 miles from the original Tragic Kingdom in Anaheim.
Anaheim, it's a company town. Run by a rat.
