Default Heavy bag and speed bag install?

I am going to hang a heavy bag and install a speed bag and I am in need of some general instruction. I searched youtube but could not find a good vid. The bag is 70lbs and will hang from a vaulted ceiling. The ceiling is 12 feet high in the center. I would like to hang it in the center but if that is too much play in the chain I could locate it on the slope at a lower height.

For the speed bag the studs in my wall are on 12 inch but the speedbag has holes predrilled at 16 inches. My plan was to drill new holes at 12 inches and install?

I'm off to remove a ceiling fan, if all goes well I will check back later. Power off check, power off double check

Thanks for any help and advice!
