I'm following the beast skills tutorial on a bar muscle-up using the false grip and I'm wonder whether or not my pull-up bar is suited for it.
That's the basic design minus the seat. Pull-up bar is just over top of where the to front legs meet the base. I can't L or kip obviously, and though I can ball up my legs, it doesn't seem to be very effective.
I just started practicing the skill so maybe I just need to give it more time. I envy you guys that can mount rings/bars into your ceilings.
