Magnesium being low reflects it either doesn't live up to the hype or just a lack of studies that met the authors criteria.

All of the bubbles are for different specific things.
So if relaxation/sleep wasn't specifically looked at for magnesium then it wouldn't be listed as such.
And there is no category for sleep so... yeah.

What a pile of crap.
"Google hits" + scientific evidence + likely that the authors have never worked with anybody health-wise with the compounds nor know when/if a certain supplement is warranted = garbage.
Thanks for sharing, though. JMO.

You're right. Any type of meta-analysis like this is going to have it's flaws.
And the authors don't work in the health field, that's true. Of course, that could be considered a good thing, as they're probably not biased toward any particular supplement(s).
