anyways, favorite shake for weight gain:
handfull or two of macadamia nuts (chopped dry in blender)
big ol scoop of almond butter (i prefer the type that separates)
24oz whole milk
2 scoops protein (syntha-6 is best tasting IMO)
cup of berries (prefer blueberries)
1-2second pour of EVOO
