Default Cool clean and jerk videos.

This past weekend at the Arnold, Caleb Ward broke the Junior American Record and put himself on the Pan-Am team, and his teammate Jon North made an 8kg PR on his final clean and jerk to also put himself on the Pan-Am team. Other teammate Donny Shankle had already locked his spot on the team and didnt compete.

Here is a link to videos of both Calebs and Jons final clean and jerks, 203kg and 187kg respectively.

This was some seriously great lifting - we are all pumped for you guys. And for those of you who don't know it, Glenn is the coach of 3 of the 6 Pan-Am team members - that is huge.

Incredible work mate! My favourite bit was how happy both of them were having made their lifts. Genuinely inspiring.
