Wow that sounds remarkably un-fun....so basically pushing a towel on the ground while doing suicides. Yikes...I'm glad I don't have access to an indoor court because I'm just stupid enough to try it.

Un-fun is a kind way of putting it. If you get a team of ~15 doing these, you won't have to sweep the floor very often.
Anyway you push the towel, it sucks. Leave the towel unfolded, sucks. Roll it up, sucks.
