It can work....but it is brutal. You can still lose weight without needing to go that extreme though.
Ud2.0 is more less spawned from body opus. Rfl is another take on the psmf. Ud2.0 is a much improved version of body opus. With the added benefit of a forum with the author to help troubleshoot.
