The following is a link to a video of a Polish (National?) Weightlifting Team from the 1970s performing gymnastics. Although some of the techniques are somewhat dated, for being such large men, their overall quality and mobility was quite good. Their bridge work at the 8:00 mark was especially impressive.
Thats what I consider good GPP, crossfit doesn't come close, I saw allot of element that reminded me of Parkour and Methode Naturelle as well. Very good stuff.
That's a very interesting video indeed.. It's awesome to see that no matter how long It's been, things never change that much. I'll also incorporate some of these into my workout routine, Good share!
