Bench: 125 x 5, 145 x 4, 165 x 11, 155 x 3 x 8
T-Bar Rows: 70 x 3 x 8
Shrugs: 155 x 3 x 8
Farmer's Carry: 75# for 2 sets, not sure how far
also did some tricep and bicep stuff. I think Im going to get back into olympic lifting once the semester is over and there is time for it. Just throw a couple lifts once or twice a week into the mix.
