Monday:
Breakfast: smoked wild salmon (abt. 4 oz.), a thing of steamed asparagus
Snack: a pear, some cashews
Lunch: one of those make-your-own salads at Brueggers (sans the bagel): lettuce, chicken, mandarin orange, almonds, some kind of balsamic vinagrette
Dinner: spinach salad with 2 hardboiled eggs, an avocado, olives and olive oil
