Dominic Sirianni Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2009 Posts: 263	Grand Opening - CrossFit 305 - Miami This Saturday the 17th of April is our grand opening celebration! Please join us from 9am-4pm for workouts, BBQ, drinks and fun! Bring some meat, beverages of your choice and stick around! We will be doing some challenges throughout the day - max pull-ups, max muscle ups, max handstands, max effort 500m run, max bench @225, etc., as well as some WODS at 9am, noon and 1pm. There will be a children's workout at 9 am (ages 5-11) We would love for you to come and enjoy the day with us!
