Joint Health and Gymnastics-Based Strength Training Seminar

Topics to be covered in this seminar (8 full hours of training) include:
* Joint mobility drills covering head to toes
* Dynamic range-of-motion exercises
* Gymnastic-based strength training progressions suitable for all levels
* Self myofascial release
* Prehab & rehab drills that give the most "bang for the buck"
* A "how to" on programming the above into your workouts

I wish you would do all this East Coast stuff in August. If I'm crazy and on top of my studies, maybe I'll find a way to go to some of this stuff.

BTW. Dr. G, I've finally settled on my medical schooling/path. I've decided to pursue a M.S. in Nutritional Biochemistry, after this Post-Bacc is done with in 2 years, and then go for a MD/PhD. If my cards happen to fall in my favor, I'll get my PhD in International Nutrition at the only school I've seen offer it, Johns Hopkins, and be done with schooling and residency at the ripe age of 38-40. My joints are already failing me, so who knows what I'll feel like at that age.
