Default Grand Opening - CrossFit 305 - Miami

This Saturday the 17th of April is our grand opening celebration! Please join us from 9am-4pm for workouts, BBQ, drinks and fun! Bring some meat, beverages of your choice and stick around!

We will be doing some challenges throughout the day - max pull-ups, max muscle ups, max handstands, max effort 500m run, max bench @225, etc., as well as some WODS at 9am, noon and 1pm.

There will be a children's workout at 9 am (ages 5-11)

We would love for you to come and enjoy the day with us!

We are located at 5940 NE 4th Avenue - Miami, FL

why open your crossfit in miami, FL instead of up here in cleveland, OH with me? it's bright and sunny here too.....kinda.....

Good luck with the opening. From what I can tell on this board, you're a cool dude Dominic. I hope you do well and enjoy your run.

You seriously may not want to hang around here too much longer, activity on this board is closely correlated with de-affiliation.

good luck, and don't worry about this board and de-affiliation... if they want to kick you out for free speech and posting here, it wasn't worth it in the first place.

I hope you do well in sunny Miami. I have some clients coming down there in June, maybe I'll shoot them your way for the hell of it.
