I have noticed that I am starting to miss barbell workouts in favour of doing stuff with K-bell. Has been too long with out front squats. Not a bad thing but have to remain focussed on the fact that I bought the K-bell to use as recovery exercise tool. Not to be the main workout tool. Will have to get sandbag filled to be able to introduce circuit in morning workout
