Was going to do power snatches, but the dls got in the way. As I adapt...
Press: 70#x5, 80x5, 90x6. Shoulders still tired from Krocs.
Bradford press to failure
Dips: 3 sets of suck

13 squats with anything more than a barbell on my back sounds like torture.

Also:
Hill sprints, x4. Kind of slow, given tired legs. Wendler says 20 minimum. I've some ways to go.

It's not that bad, actually. I could have gone more except for the fatigue and twinges in odd places. You just get into the rhythm and breathe and squat. Doing UD2.0 trained me up for high rep stuff...

I can actually do bulgarian split squats for fairly high reps.
UD2.0 is actually a pretty decent conditioning program when you look at it. Back to back high reps/glycogen depleting days, and medium type day with a hard/heavy day. Rinse, repeat, get leaner, likely in better shape.

I actually enjoy the deletion days. I'm back up to 198#, so I may be back to UD2.0 soonish. I'll commit to at least three rounds of 5/3/1 though. My appetite goes up considerably when I do 5/3/1 or TM, and my weight and lack of lean follow along.

Ouch, from the sprints? Don't get yourself all rhabdo'd up.

Sprints + high rep squats + multiple sets of bulgarian split squats. Not rhabdo, no tea color.
Today: more hill sprints. My daughter's soccer game was at the same place, with a nice inviting hill sitting right there. Did three reps. Tried for 4, but my legs wouldn't work, and walking up the hill is silly.
hpcl: 135#x3x3
floor press: 95#x5, 105x5, 120x6. Weak.
db bench: 30#@armx10x4
jumping pullups until failure, which came all too soon.
