Got the flu Sunday night. Still have some chest tightness and am a little achy. I hope to be back tomorrow.

I didn't have any energy which was to be expected. I'm hoping to be 100% by this coming Monday.

Not happy with the squats. Should have gone deeper and stayed more upright. Changed my snatch form a little.

What was the form change? It looks like your grip might be wider, even though it is hard to see from my video but my grip is now collar to collar.

Also, expect your youtube video views to increase exponentially thanks to that pressing scene at the end

I'm trying to learn how to shift my feet to get in a more stable receiving position. I also jump backwards because of this sometimes.
