Default Squat form check - Knees Out

Hi, last workout my knees came out a bit so I filmed this workout from the front. Looked a lot better then last time actually. My main concern is that I'm shoving my knees out too much, which I tried to remedy on the third set by shoving them at a little less. Which one looks better?

Thanks.

i can't tell the difference. they look fine from that weird angle. a little shifting around but i wouldn't get all weepy about it. i think you should ditch the butt stop and trust your instincts...those are coming right along. tighten your gut and upper back a little more. how do i know you need to work that one? i will never tell.

Im sorry man, but that angle is terrible and unnecessary lol. Maybe it's just me, but can you back the camera out of your crotch a couple feet, I think it would help determine where your knees are going.

^Sorry but that was the best I could do. I considered walking back further to the wall but didn't want to get to far from the rack lest something bad happen like getting pinned.

Haha no worries man, I was joking around, but it is definitely the most interesting squat angle I've seen.

I'm with Dave, I don't see a major difference in the two videos. I also think you should ditch the butt stop and get depth from the feel.
