So it went 5 ZDl, 10 SDl, 15 CPU, then 4 ZDL, 8 SDl, 12 CPU, etc...
no time, I just did it

Hey Justin, I attempted to do the same program as you last month (Olifts followed by SS). We are also using very similar weights. It took me three weeks to stall and I gained about 6-7#. I decided that it was too much and switched to the novice weightlifting program outlined by Justin and Rip. I think it is a better alternative.

Though you might want some input.

C&J: Worked up to 195 but felt unfocused and weak. Probably underfed from the weekend. Also currently getting hammered by life which is stressing me out.

Press: 3x5@142.5 complete failure. I got three reps out of the first set and couldn't move the bar after. Not too worried about it, probably just an off day
