Default Approach to CA Training

I'm new here (new to posting atleast), and I am looking into starting the CA WOD. what is the best approach to starting them. I'm looking into the starting with March 8, 2010 (it says week1)

My current stats are:
5'10, 209lbs. (bodyfat >15%)

Squat (Highbar) - 345 x 1
Deadlift - 435 (400 x 5 DOHG)
Press - 165 x 5
Clean - 245
Clean and Jerk - 225
Snatch - 165

I'm taking a real liking to weightlifting and want to approach the training the proper way. Any ideas or tips would be great!
