No its cool...I think having a bodybuiling approach is good from time to time. I feel the 20lbs is bit of both. Was my confidence higher at 185 for sheding the shirt compared to now...yea..lol..but I'll still do anyways..haha

Your right though...I've haven't been this heavy for long.

I think my body comp could be better though.
