Today:
Squats - warm up, then 5@115, 5@135, 10@155
Hang power clean & push press - 5@80, 5@95, 6@105
Weighted dips - 3 sets of 8 with 45lbs
Farmer's walk - 100lb db per hand, length of gym, 2 walks.
