you should combine this with the more classic dairy challenge: 1 gallon of milk in 1 hour.
make every meal of the day a dairy challenge

Day 3 went much differently than day 1. Starting out I could barely stomach it all and felt like throwing up by the end of the day. Today, I got it all down and feel like I could chug down another gallon still. Just for reference, this is all I'm taking it (spread out of course):
2 gallons whole milk
3.5 cups of mixed veggies
apple, banana, 2 oranges
multi-vitamin
5g BCAA's (pre-workout)
3-4g creatine (post-workout)
ZMA + additional zinc pill (bedtime)
Water during workout, pre-workout shake, and to take night pills
Originally this was going to be a week thing, but if people feel like 30 days will be more legitimate, I'm up for it.

Fruit and veggies don't constitute a milk only diet. I feel let down.

Not bad actually. I've been going much much less than usual, I am pissing like every 45-60 minutes however.

Didn't make it past the first week. Mom decided to start making some of my favorite dinners once I started this and caved in. Tonight for instance we had shrimp, scallops wrapped in bacon, and steak, couldn't resist.
