The main thing that caught my eye on this clip is how many steps you take away from the uprights. You need to clear them, but there is no sense fatiguing yourself of walking an unnecessary distance with that much weight on your back. Practice 3 steps out -- one back, one to position your first foot, one to position your second foot. I do this once a week or so with 120% of my max weight -- work on your form and work on the mental feeling of more than you max coming out of the rack.
