I would like to make my own ring straps. I own a set of rings from Tyler Haas and while the rings are fine, the buckles are awful.
I leave them suspended at home because I don't want to deal with trying to thread the buckles again at a new location.
I would like, ideally, to make my own straps from seat belt webbing, but I can't figure out what the slide buckles are called or if ones even exist large enough to use with seat belts.
I have a set of pvc pipe handled rings and I use a tow strap that I bought at a big box store but that is even too much of a pain. I would much rather use real rings suspended by a better strap and buckle. Ease of use and security are what I am looking for.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.
