Jon Clingenpeel New Member Join Date: Apr 2009 Location: Germantown, Md. Posts: 12	Shoulder pain I've noticed this pain, its the area with the black marking. It started on Monday, when I was doing some jumping jacks ( I doubt the jumping jacks had anything to do with it, it came on very gradual). Its not disabling or anything just a little twinge. It only bothers me when I do jumping jack or medicine ball slams or if I put my arm back in the position shown in the picture. Thanks
