Wrist injury
I think I may have done a moderate sprain of my left wrist or something like it as it's been 2 weeks now of painful movement either left or right. Up and down is fine which makes deadlifting and squating no issue but presses and benching can be problematic at times. It was inflamated fr a while but seems to have gone down.
I know of the rice bucket, wrist wraps, ice and ibprofine but are there any other rehab stuff I could do to quicken the healing process or am I expecting up to a few weeks of this lasting and just doing the above and waiting it out?
