Simplefit before Starting Strength?
To begin I want to thank everyone was involved in creating this forum. It i scertainly a valauble resource for learning about general fitness. I also want to introduce myself.I am a former athlete who has become sedentary for quite a while and has become 30 pounds overweight. My goal is to get to increase my level of fitness so that I can safely participate in Aikido an d Parkour.
I have a question regarding Simplefit. I am using the workouts on it as a preparation for Starting Strength. Does anyone think it would be a good idea to modify the workouts on the website in order to make the training I do a better fit for my specific needs? And if do think this is appropriate what would you recommend I do to alter the workouts?
