Drills to Win
Monkey Climb - Integrated this one into class so we didn't do as much as perscribed. Max rounds in one minute. I acted as the 'tree' for several people.

Lots of drilling on grip fighting and defending the single leg. On the ground the class focused on opening the closed guard from an upright passing posture and working the Forklift (double under) guard pass. Felt like I rolled well today; good guard passing and strong defence.
