Deadlifts 3x210, 3x240, 3x265

Power cleans, 8 singles at 145, about 30 seconds rest per set

Shrugs 5x235, 5x245, 5x255, 5x265, 5x300, 5x300

Bench press 3x135, 3x155, 4x175
then 3 sets of 10 at 115 with 60 seconds rest per set

Did the following in about 7 minutes
Chin ups 3 sets of 5
20 rep squats at 115
20 rep dips
