Default Nice little complex

Nice little complex

These are fairly easy to come up with but as Dan John observes, natural flow is important. Some people don't seem to get that one.

Here's a quick one I've used as a warm up with my rowers. It's good with either kbs or dbs. Go heavier for a quick workout in itself.

10 Goblet Squats
5 Swings left
5 Front Squat/Push Press left
5 Snatches left
10 Push Ups
5 Swings right
5 Front Squat/Push Press right
5 Snatches right

Recover for 60 second and repeat for 3-5 rounds.

You can add 10 two arm swings to the end if you wish.
The rationale for reduced gin intake and the knowledge of the perils of alcoholism and attendant metabolic derangement has almost entirely come from physicians and researchers.
