Chemotherapy is a good idea. I was watching a reality show on eating disorders taking notes on what to do next. I've bounced back a few pounds after trying to settle, the body just wants to stay big.

You could try Halo marathons. I remember this kid in college who would lock himself in his room as soon as classes were over on Friday and he'd play Halo nonstop for 48+ hours. Just amped out on energy drinks and no-doz. He was skinny as all hell.

Pretty much just do the things that induce catabolism and eat a CRAN diet. Sucks to lose it that way, but you'll definitely lose it.
