Glute bridges, fire hydrants and derivatives.

Gotta be more specific... stuff you listed is compound. You want isolations to get the muscles firing

Ah, Ok, thanks for that article. So I need to do really specific isolation work. I'm so hooked on compound movements I tend to neglect those. I'll start those in tomorrow's workout for sure.
