PS->S: ...70x3, 75x2(x3rd), 75x3x2
C&J: 90x2, 100, 102.5, 105, 107.5
Jerk off Racks: 110x, 100, 100... C&J: 70x2x3 (need to work on footwork)

...then it got wierd
Bench: 40x5, 50x5, 60x3 (hate benching; keeping my training buddy company)
Farmer's Walks (w/ trap bar): 70kg 20m, 100kg 20m, 120kg 20m, 140kg 20m (started to tear up hands... not sure the point in these)
Side holds (DB in one hand): 35kg, 45kg, 50kg
PUs: 5,5

Noticed the 200kg last WO... nice, but a way to go before I get to 280+...
Age/Height/BW: 29/6'/100kg.
Snatch: 114kg. C&J: 140kg. BS/FS: 195/160kg.
