Default New guy

Hello all just a quick question. I have been using the 5,3,1 for some time now and have been playing around with o lifts on my off days. I am 178pds and am 40pds shy of a 1000pd total. My question is which cycle should I start with. I have been doing mostly power snatches and want to get better at full. Thank u in advance.
