Default An Epic Death Match of Yourself

In one corner we have Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids in the other we have grains.

This epic battle began when I read this post:


What are the thoughts out there. I'm in favor of agreeing with the author. I think you can't forego Sat. Fat. This comes from a dude that lifts heavy and drinks about two cans of coconut milk and shredded coconut throughout the day.
