Default Continuing Training

I am looking for suggestions on continuing training for the next few weeks. The last couple of months I have been feeling slightly over trained. Even with weeks of reduced volume, and even taking weeks off completely. I have a strong feeling that stressors outside of training( School, work) are the source. I am considering using the next four weeks to drop volume and allow my body to recover. Any suggestions on going about this? Statics have become exhausting and now leave my shoulders feeling destroyed.

what kind of programming have you been doing for yourself?

have you been eating, sleeping and hydrating enough. focus on those with some light activity, go for a walk/swim/ride-maybe take a week off.

Eliminate statics (tougher on joints)

And do half volume concentric work

Sounds good. For my legs, i have been following the wendler 5/3/1 backsquat. I mainly started this as a controlled effort to regain leg strength after they went untrained for relatively some time as I battled to get my hip pain diagnosed. Would you recommend backing off the 531 all together while i recover?

It did not have much interference with my recovery I dont think. But I did shoot up from 185-205 in my 4 week cycle. The mass was mainly in my legs. After how I felt the last couple of weeks I dont feel like risking overtraining again.
