1. bridges, front and back
2. headstands
3. lying on back: chin to chest, chin to shoulder, ear to shoulders
4. lying on stomach, hyperextensions
5. head harnesses
6. isometric presses against head using hands or towel
7. neck isolation machine
is this all there really is for neck training? i've looked on the internet and not found anything else. i've got some bad weaknesses here that cause injuries. i'm going to a PT again, and we're trying to fix some lower trap, rhomboid, and serratus anterior issues, but meanwhile my neck gets so tired in the process and i think i need to get it stronger before i can handle the other ones better.
i'm not including shrugs because mine apparently are overactive and fire too much
